What I've found myself is the TX is a bit more reliable out of the box and is a bit more accurate than the P322. TX22 has cheaper mags. The P322 does not feel cheap like the TX22. The P322 has nicer factory sights. The base model TX22 is not optics ready. You have to get the TX22 competition model or compact model if you want to put a dot on it. The P322 is optics ready. The P322 is hammer fired while the TX22 is striker fired.
