Yeah. that's what I did and I figured it out. Astarion was just jealous :D, the right options apparently disappear if you speak with Wyll first at the party when he is near the beach. Even tho I turned down Wylls advances, Astarion/the game took it as me spending "quality" time with Wyll and blocked me from progressing with Astarion.
