Jan 16, 2024 · Second, the city has a certain roughness. There are homeless in plain view. There are folks selling socks who can be aggressive. There is garbage, there is dog poop everywhere and a stairwell has a 50-50 chance of smelling like pee. Navigating the sidewalks is sort of an Olympic sport here.
