1. Re: ATM location in SXM and SBH airports. There are two ATMs on the complex opposite the airport on St St Barths, that is where I get my Euros. SXM is in the Dutch side of St Maarten and as far as I can remember the ATMs distribute USD and NAFs, apart from one between the arrivals and departure areas which also give the options to get Euros.It has big condo buildings yet feels empty and struggling. Mainly, I guess, the beach is not great so no one visits from elsewhere and most people staying there head out each day. To be fair, the beach might rate a 6 or 7, but St Martin has so many 10 point beaches of different flavors that it suffers by comparison.
