I do all of my trading commission free on Robinhood. I still always use the think or swim desktop app to organize my charts and watchlists. Robinhood gets the job done, but if you are going to actively watch the charts then you should use your TD account. TD also does not require a balance to use your account for charts, news, and thinkorswim.
