Philips 9040 hearing aid.
I have had a pair of Philips 9040 HAs for almost two weeks. My first follow-up is Saturday (in two days). Starting the first day, by the end of the day, the left hearing aid was very quiet. I took it in and they blamed the trap, but the trap was clean. So they replaced the speaker. I’ll spare you the ups and downs but two days later same problem.

Very nice restaurant, but quite a lot of background noise - not the crazy noise of a resonating brew pub, but enough to be a problem. The 9040 grabbed my wife's voice very well, better than the KS10. I tried it with Live Listen and that was even better. So I'm encouraged that these hearing aids will do what I want - but it's early.
