If you have a background in psych, the 86 is probably sufficient but if you're aiming for upper scores, I'd recommend being more thorough with Kaplan.

Reading is passive. Practice problems are how you nail down what you've read. The 300 page doc is based on the KA videos. The first time I took the MCAT I passively read the doc, and the second time I did almost all of KAs PS practice passages / questions. Went from a 123 —> 129.Kaplan sucks for P/S. It doesn't hit the major points the same way and leaves a lot out that is tested. I think P/S is the one section you almost NEED to use anki for. Anki+300/86 page doc supplement with uearth will get you to 129+I felt like you really had to understand the context the terms are used to be successful, and the 300-page doc does a better job of prepping you for that. The 300 pg doc is nicer to go through when you're doing a little bit each day (and if it's your first time going through it). But if you're trying to get through it really fast (like all in one day for whatever reason, it can be daunting). If you're going to be doing Anki and watching videos alongside of it, I doubt it matters which doc you use.
