Booked a hotel through them and was charged twice for the room. The day of my stay the hotel cancelled the booking. I was able to call priceline/hotel to get a refund but could not get in touch with Traveluro for the refund or reversal of their charge. It’s a scam company that tries to get away with over charging in both fees and charging twice.
