Sonni was a guest performer on just one album ("Brothers in Arms"), and also toured with the band for the four years following. I don't think Mark has been interested in Dire Straits since 1995. He wouldn't even come to their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. A solo concert by Knopfler would be wonderful.
