I have been tracking my ovulation for the last 3 months and this is what I have learnt 1. it's harder than what you'd think! Lol 2. I also use the day that my period arrives to confirm my ovulation date 3. your LH surge can have different patterns, not just a gradual increase, for example, I think that I have a bi-phasic LH surge. This means that i get a peak and a static smiley at day 14.
