The title really says it all. Anyone swap out the stock and handguard for Cetme wood furniture? I know wood fit the old Century Cetme builds but the current C308 has non Cetme parts, like the lower receiver/trigger housing which is PTR.
The C308 is heavy but has easily manageable recoil which is comparable to the PTR91. It shoots well while standing as the weight and light recoil contributes to quick follow up shots. You can buy well used parts kits right now for spare bolts, carriers, furniture, etc. for a whopping $125 when they go on sale ($150 if not on sale).
You can use H&K furniture on your CETME you'll have to fit the nylon washer on the recoil rod to the CETME bolt carrier the H&K buffer will work... Here's my C308 with H&K surplus furniture on it...
