Last February it was also this cold when I had to have my 2017 Durango towed to my Dodge dealer from my local Costco. It started that morning with no problems but refused to start after shopping. Mar 6, 2017 · My guess is the pump is the issue. Repop pumps, like sensors and thermostats, aren't very good. Try priming it by pressing the start button with no brake for a few seconds. Then if it starts with the brake / Start button then it's the fuel pump not holding it's pressure.
