When the window is down, pulling up on the AUTO switch causes it to rise, but when it get about 1.5 inches from the closed position, it reverses and starts a downward travel until it get about halfway down, then stops. 1. start car. 2. lower driver's window all the way and hold the switch in the down position for extra 10 seconds. 3. raise window (2 inches at a time) until it is all the way up. I suspect it's the passenger's "fault" in that most of them don't know it has an auto window and just push/pull on the button in strange ways, but still the system should be designed for that too.
