Cons. I started in 2013- 2017 and the pay was only $9/hr for overnight. I came back in 2022 and the pay is only $12.50/hr which inlcudes the $1 premium. I only received an extra $0.50 for being bilingual NOT for my actual YEARS of experience with the company. My particular location does get quite a few prank calls at night for whatever reason. However, making it your only full-time income is incredibly risky. For what the standards are and what they ask from employees is a little overbearing. The cleaning is excessive though most of it is necessary and the people that happen to go there sometimes are tedious.

A glorified "cleaning position" where you were expected to clean 70 percent of the time on shift. Management was brutal and only cared about memberships sold. He had poor people skills and was very "aloof". There was a lot of employee drama, where employees would talk behind each others back, and then put on that fake smile.
