All of the parts are interchangeable with the Marlin 336. Marlin sold these guns thru store such as Wester Auto, Gibsons, K-mart, Wal-mart etc. They carried various designations such as the model 30A, 30AS, 30AW, 336W etc. These guns were price competitor guns. So they had a few minor differences from the "Marlin 336".
