Limco basecoat mix ratio.

hey guys i bought a pint of the PPG deltron DBU basecoat and 1 quart of the DRR Reactive Reducer. according to the the PPG folder I got it says mix 1 (dbu) to 1 1/2 (DRR). so i put in 50ml of dbu and 75ml of ddr and when i went to spray it it seems like its way too thin where they just drip right off. did i mix it wrong?The only other Limco I sprayed, was about 3 quarts of RTS AE. Compared to the other cheap enamels, it covered a little better, had more depth, and the metallics had more pop. The quality of color between Limco AE and Omni base (same color code, early '60's Ford code "I" ) is night and day.
