Community Based Therapist (Former Employee) - Eden Prairie, MN - December 12, 2023. LifeStance was a great place to work for me. I started in Community-Based and that was hard at first, but my supervisor was a great support. Once my caseload was established, things were smooth.For a mental health company to behave the way they do and treat employees with such disregard, this strikes me as really contradictory and odd. Don’t bother reporting harassment because it will be disregarded. This company is all about their money and it shows. I would not recommend LifeStance to my enemies.
