This "texture flicker" is objects blinking in and out of existence because you broke the games occlusion culling system using mods. Game thinks these objects aren't visible anyway (because your mods tell it that) so it doesn't draw them. This should be fixable by finding a sane load order. Reply. MisterCopper72.

The revolver fanning animation gets posted here every once in awhile. I'm not sure we know the exact purpose but the simplest conclusion is it has to do with a cut weapon mod. Which is why using glitches to make a revolver semi-auto/auto tends to bring the animation back.
