I tried a lighter spring, no dice. Extra lubrication has not helped. The frame itself is not new, it's fairly "broken in". The only new variable is the slide. I've been running the P80 frame with the p80 slide and barrel for a while with no problems. Not sure if it's a tolerance issue between brands or what's going on. 1.Glock 17 slide crack.
