I would stick to comquest. COMLEX is just so different. There were a lot of first order questions and a lot of questions where I could literally just read the last sentence and know the answer. The material is also different. USMLE is so heavy in biochem and the first few chapters of Pathoma whereas comlex is so MSK, Neuro, OPP, and Micro heavy.For example long stem then one key phrase "tumbling motility" is mentioned —> easy points if you know the key phrases associated.
