What does the chalice of blood do. It increases regen rate basically. It adds 1 HP every 20 turns i think at first and goes up to 1 HP every 2 turns at +10. It used to have double the regen but got nerfed.. still quite good though. And to add to this - any talents that affect artifact recharging trigger the healing.
