The later model 6-speed big twins will consistently show about 5 to 6% less hp/tq at the rear wheel than the earlier 5-speed models due to increased losses in the transmission.

I swear by Feulings cam, I run a 525 Reaper in my 2011 96 inch motor but for a 103 the 543 Reaper is a solid performer, but if you want under 4k many people I know have gotten excellent low end with the 525 in a 103, my go to cam, good luck on your choice. When all else fails, hell there is always Jack Daniels!

I had Woods TW777, which worked well, but that being said, this configuration will be more stock as far as the engine is concerned. Meaning the pistons, heads, and whatnot will be stock.
