My husband, three young children, and I are looking to go to Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando this December and we are seeing some mixed review of the phases. Does anybody have any recommendations on which phase would be newer/cleaner and best to stay in?

The key differences came down to size of resort. Villages is smaller and therefore has fewer facilities than the larger Villas Resort. For example Villas has seven pools - more than the Villages Resort offers. If you’re not spending much time on the resort then the extra facilities won’t make much difference.
