Mar 30, 2020 · Just an update, I got to shoot my P365XL with the MCARBO spring kit installed today and ran 150 rounds through it. Ran great! No issues whatsoever.

The MCarbo shoe does for the P365 what GrayGuns does for the P320. Compared to the flat Sig shoe, it greatly reduced pre travel, slightly reduced over travel, and the shoe feels nicer. Other than that, polish a few internals or shoot it a bunch so they polish themselves. I ended up with a decent trigger, if just a little heavy for my taste.On the later kit coming out, I also changed the sear spring, and ended up with a 4 3/4 pound pull. So, 3 1/4 to 3 1/2 lb additional reduction from the sear spring change, and from the entire set of changes roughly a 5 lb reduction from stock.
