DFI/pinch-sensor trouble. Litter-Robot 3. Whenever the Litter Robot 3 is on, the Reset light flashes blue (as if it had a full drawer); if I then press either Cycle or Reset Button, the Cycling light flashes yellow quickly. I've tried cleaning the sensors, recalibrating the laser, removing ANY and ALL debris, even the pinch-sensor bypass.

So they corrode / get dirty and give tons of false pinch alerts. Sometimes the pinch alert requires a full unplug to reset. Just had this issue. Sounds like you need to replace the DFI sensors and pinch terminals. See one of my recent posts. I was able to get the replacements for free (despite being outside warranty, purchased my robot in Jan 2021) but submitting a service ticket at the end of the troubleshooter (linked on my post).My Litter Robot 3 Connect is named Coprophage 3000. This will bypass the system. If the problem is the weight, try disassemble the feet, clean everything and reassemble (also you can adjust the sesitivity by screwing more or less the bolt).
