I have a Lincoln Power Arc 4000 gas powered welder that blew a rod through the side of the motor . Code 10200 , I bought new in 2001 . It has sat for years and I just got through replacing the motor , runs fine but I have no electrical output . No 110v / 220v / welding arc . This is not mine but it looks like it , for reference ,
