I narrow the drain down to two things, one being the IOD circuit which I found out is the radio drawing too much power, that was 1.4 Milliamps. About two years ago, the "No Fuse" message started flashing on the instrument cluster. It stopped keeping miles in the trip meter; the radio stopped working and the dome/foot lights stopped working. Put the transfer case in neutral, transmission in park, leave the key in the ON/AC position, then pull the IOD fuse. If you pull that fuse you don't have to disconnect the battery.

I had to pull my tach for easy access to the fuse panel and pull and open up the fuse panel.
