And while comparing prop shafts between my stock 1995 C1500 4L60E RCLB driveshaft(15004101), and the one for an 88 C2500 TH400 RCLB(12475006), I noticed the yokes are identical part numbers 12542963. This oil pan is fitted to all 4.8-, 5.3-, and 6.0-liter C/K trucks and Escalades. This pan features a long, shallow front section (12 1⁄4 inches) with a crossmember-friendly, short, 8 3⁄4 -inch-long rear sump. The rear sump is quite deep (8 1⁄4 inches), making it a poor candidate for most car applications.The 4l80e bone stock will handle any abuse a stock 6.0 can throw at it.
