My fubo is never streaming in 270p. I’m hardwired in on my Rokus and apple tvs that I run fubo on and never have buffering issues. The fubo app is different on different platforms as well. The Roku fubo app still has the fast forward you are looking for where as my Apple TV has the newer version you are referencing.
