May 21, 2016 · People aren't trying to get stuck, don't be a turd. Here's how to get unstuck though: If you are near an NPC or have a follower: Step 1: dismiss follower (if you have one). Step 2: unequip your weapon. Step 3: use V.A.T.S. to attack your follower / npc near by with your fists. Step 4: abort your attack. When ready, Activate "Wait for Attack". Observe the destruction of the mine field. Follow Lupe or Aiden. Deal with the first attack wave of gunners. Deal with the second attack wave of gunners. Enter the Gunner's Plaza. Find the Comm Hub with Jake. A key card is needed to enter the room. Take the elevator to the basement.Get rid of the TVs. They bug out the happiness. Did that, still stuck in a loop between 98-99. Also get rid of the Radios and Jukeboxes. Build a couple level 3 Clinics and assign a settler to each of them. You only need 21 food. Makes sure each settler is assigned to a job and a bed.
