I have had the system for about two years without any significant entry sensor offline issues. My configuration is as follows. The house is about 4000 square feet with sensors on the first floor, basement and garage. 25 entry. 3 keypad. 1 temperature. 3 smoke. 3 water. 1 siren. I have had different entry sensors go offline on 11/19,20,21,27,29,30.
I recently installed a New Simplysafe system using 12 entry sensors on 10/28/2022. live since 11/01/2022. four entry sensors have reported offline. Base station is centrally located within 50 feet. Wait 24 hours to see if it works okay in both locations, first location, 2nd etc. If they both work fine that it probably is a signal connection issue.
