Confirmed. It is a 2001 ranger 4Xarb42A01D625868. Build date 8/18/2001. But it is a Series 10 (not listed as a Ranger, but under Ranger) A10RB42AA - I found a parts list for it and the service manual number is 9916586 (same manual for a 00, 01, 02 and 03 Diesel), but I do not have that manual.

Did something happen to possibly cause this issue, referring to you riding conditions and use of the Ranger. Give us a little more information.

I had no spark at first so after some testing I replaced the stator and then had spark for a little bit. I also had a cracked spark plug cap so just put a new coil and cap on. I narrowed it down earlier in the week that I wasn't getting any spark so I ordered a new coil. That came today and I put it on and still having same issue. Some things I have narrowed down already.

You need to pull the injectors and see if they are pulsing when you crank it over. If they are then you have ruled out everything except compression.
