Received my shares from Schwab. So after all the phone calls to Schwab and AST aka now Equinity, I finally received my nextbridge stock certificate. The outcome was, no one knows what they are talking about. Schwab was telling me I had to pay an $85 fee so they can split my shares out of their jumbo certificate (which was correct).
What happens if I get nextbridge? As it's a known issue that trading is halted and only speculations about next week. If one can't sell MMTLP, do they get any dividend or how do you even close the position? NBHC being private we can't trade it on market. In short, will we get any money for our shares? MMTLP continues to be shorted... there is an insane amount of fuckery in this merger. I personally believe when it is all said and done, it will be studied, and spoken about for years. From what I've heard, people who DRS'ed their shares back before the corporate action have confirmed NBH shares with NBH. OP, it is highly that if your MMTLP shares get converted to Nextbridge, they are stuck for the foreseeable future. NB has provided no indication on if or when they would go public. Until they do, your shares are non-tradeable and non-transferable.
