I tried 7 or so different types of ammo and I found 2 that will average around 1 - 1.25" for 5 shots at 50 yards but I thought it should do better.

Marlin 922M problem. I have never owned a Marlin until yesterday. I bought a Marlin 922M which is a .22 mag semi auto. I took it out and tried shooting it today. I shot one clip through it. When the clip is empty the action stays open. So I put a new clip in but now I can't figure out how to get the action to go back forward/closed.
