I do not hear the sound at idle. I have listened with my mechanics stethoscope and I can hear the ticking coming from the valve cover over cylinders 1-3.

There are many threads on it. 1) Do a drain and fill of the AT fluid. 2) Replace the 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches. There are threads for that, they are reasonably cheap and easy to do it yourself.

Sounds like a worn cv axle to me. A friend of mine has an older accord with twice the mileage, and at has a bad vibration only while accelerating, and its worse around 55-60mph.
