In order to get into a scav run, there has to be a running raid with PMCs still alive, with scav slots open, at the right time in the raid, and you have to be next in queue. Car extracts are the fastest way, .4 for the first time you take them on each map than it halves roughly each time till you hit diminishing return after 4 runs, woods and shoreline extracts always there so you can zoom them, interchange pretty quick to get in and out, than just take the others every chance you get.
