I did a bit of research today and found out that Ruger did have a .22 WMR model of the 10/22 that could easily be converted to 17HMR. Unfortunately, I am to late. The 10/22 M has been discontinued. The most recent ad I have seen for one is dated Feb. 2008. If anyone finds one for sale, please send me a message.
