So, for example, if you want your skills to hit as hard as possible on your skill build, memento is not the backpack you are looking for. But if you are okay with exchanging damage for a little bit of everything and chasing drops than yes, it is a nice addition.

Wow. It will compete for BiS on a build by build basis. It'll be interesting to create new builds with this in mind to enhance brand & gear sets with better attributes using this piece. But it won't provide 3 core attributes or armor and damage buffs like Memento, so both will have their place.
