Lou Malnati's has been one of my husband's favorite restaurants being a Chicago-local for several years, and he hooked me onto the brand a few months ago upon my relocation to the area as well. We ordered delivery for two pizzas (one deep dish Lou and one thin crust Lou), which the cashier indicated would arrive within the hour. Lou's pizza is pretty standard across all of the locations. The Malnati's salad is a winner and has a little of everything: blue cheese, bacon, tomatoes, olives, onions, peppers. They are known for their deep dish and it is one of the better ones in Chicago. The crust is a standout and the Lou pizza has tons of fresh ingredients.
