Does anyone know what size the fuel line going into the fuel filter is? That's the line coming from the fuel tank. I can't seem to find it. Sort by Oldest first.

Got a lot of obstacles to overcome (mainly wiring-don't have the donor XJ bulkhead harness) and the one that I am working on right now is the fuel delivery. 95 YJ fuel pressure regulator. I recently purchased the jeep and had to replace the fuel pump and assembly, which has now caused the jeep to run bad. I have scanned and trouble shot it and have discovered the return fuel line is capped off. The feeder line ties into the end of the fuel rail, but the return is capped off.The return line helps bleed off the vapor and return it to the tank, and also allows more fuel to keep passing through the fuel lines to keep cooler fuel present. The fuel return does work in reducing vapor lock. I figured it …If it's only leaking while it's RUNNING AT the tank, it's most likely your return line and/or hose clamp.
