There is a button on the rear camera screen (lower right) to disable the rear proximity function and warning. You have to hold it for 2 seconds to shut it off. Unfortunately, it will turn on again every time you select Reverse. Looking at your back-up screen, you'll notice it's smart enough to disable RAB automatically.

Once the RAB is triggered or disabled, it will stay disabled on the screen. If the system was triggered normally (brakes kicked in) then when you put it in drive, the system should reset. If is disabled in drive, it means the RAB has malfunctioned. Turning the ignition off/on will clear that and it should work then.
