I had this issue in concord, the backpacks of the commonwealth mod was messing with precombines and I got this exact texture glitch there, I forced the game to enable precombines and culling through ini. [General] bUseCombinedObjects=1 bPreCulledObjectsEnabled=1 So some mod is probably breaking your precombines.don't select cbbe body physics in body slide, select cbbe body. build your character body and then batch build your outfits in bodyslide. then install cbp. if anytime physics stops working because you used body slide again after that, uninstall and reinstall cbp.
