I bought some Meprolight tritium sights for my 43x MOS but I have the Glock 19 set on my 43x rn. I’m sure the purpose made 43x ones look sleeker on a slimline slide but the G19s are still decent. No overhang either 🤷🏻♂️ tl;dr: Meprolight in my experience; if you’re not trying to cowitness with a red dot.

The GLOCK 43X is slightly (.1″) thicker and slightly (.08″-.2″) longer than the P365 and the Hellcat. Whether it’s that minuscule size difference or just the difference in design, I shoot the 43X better. It feels more like a svelte mid-size gun, and less like a modern derringer to me.

Just watched a video about this and a company called calculatedkinetics has the right screws they come in a set for 48 and 43x mos with for the eps carry my only problem is I wish I would've saw this before I bought the eps carry today now I gotta wait for screws lol. Carry it daily but recently I've been carrying my 19.5 more and more. IMO the 48 MOS is the perfect intersection of the two. Im thinking of just swamping my carry gun to the 48 MOS. I know a lot of ppl bash it, but the TRL-6 is serviceable in a CCW fashion IMO. G43x can get a 14rd extended mag, the G26 can handle a 17rd magazine. Both have same barrel length. The stock 43x is taller than stock G26. Weight is about the only advantage the g43x has. I would elect the G26. For approx $100, you can get an aftermarket barrel for your G27 and there you have a G26.

Try the g48 before making a decision. Also check the holster you're gonna use and see if it's a 48/43x anyways. The optic cut is kind of a moot point to me because you can always mill the non-MOS version for your optic (this also avoids any trouble related to an adapter plate). As for the rail, there's only really one light for the non-MOS version available (TLR-6).As it was explained, the 43x is part of the slimline series and has its own parts. But for all other intents and purposes it is a Gen 5. What you change on the 43x can be very personal.
