Those ascension perks are shit, because the modifiers are shit, buffing the already existing bonuses by 10% or straight up doubling it isn't gonna do much, you need to emphasize the perk, like adding a flat 10% to ressources from jobs on gaia worlds for the worldshaper perk actually bringing it somwhat in line with the ecumonopolis perk. Ascension becomes available once the Grasslands is cleared and is accessible through the Portal.
