What: Fishers Marching Band Invitational (FMBI) is a unique early season event modeled after the Bands of America regional. FMBI is a premier fundraising event of the Fishers High School Marching Band Boosters, a 501(c) 3 organization. FMBI invites high school marching bands from Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois and other surrounding states.In 2012, the marching band launched the Fishers Invitational, which has quickly become a draw for Hoosier high school marching bands looking to hone their competition skills ahead of state competitions. A new arts facility opened at Fishers High School in the summer of 2015. This new arts building houses a larger band space that includes ...Welcome to the Douglas County Marching Invitational. DCMI has had a long tradition of top performing bands, in state and out of state judges, and one of the great performing venues in Colorado. The DCHS Staff and Band Boosters pride themselves on a very well-run festival where band satisfaction is the number one priority.The first band steps off at 8:00 a.m. and the last band is usually done around 4:00 p.m. Both the Northwest and Waukee Band Parent Organizaions are involved in all aspects of the event from ticket sales, concessions, equipment moving, etc. At the conclusion of the State Festival the stadium will need to be cleared to prepare for WMI.
