I’ve owned Astro headsets for years, I started using the A50 gen 2, I bought two pairs of gen 3s and I now own a gen 4. The old myth of Dolby, it use to be true with the Gen 2+3 but with the new gen 4 and new V2 audio it’s completely reworked and made for Dolby Atmos specifically.

My astro a50 won't connect to dolby access. There are 2 options for the headset, one is astro a50 voice and the other is astro a50 game. Astro a50 game is my default but there is not options in spatial sound. Hi, Try force quitting the Dolby Access application and then hard restart your Xbox by switching it off and removing the wall power for at least five minutes.
