If I cram OMM for a few days and take a practice test, which one should I take? I’d prefer the one that’s least likely to underpredict me lol.

So to answer to my own question, just got results back and I scored within 20 points of comsae predicted score. That's pretty close. I guess new comsaes are much more predictive. It's interesting that both sdn and r/comlex are basically dead. Had a lot of MSK questions, quite a few neuro questions, very few OMM, ethics questions had 80% reasonable answer choices, quite a few male tumor questions.
