My litter robot will not cycle.
So, my three weeks old robot 4 locked on me also after trying to reset, unplug, nothing worked. I ran my fingers into the sensors. and it started working now. That's all fine and dandy, but what if I was away all day and my two cats had no litter available.

It still will not rotate. It doesn't even attempt. It's just staying solid blue and will not rotate. If I reset the sensor it goes from light purple to blue. If I do a reset sometimes I get just 3 green solid lights. The panel also sporadically locks out. Owning 2 large cats, with one of them being a maincoon this is not acceptable.
As mentioned in the title, my litter robot 3 is stopping mid-cycle when my room light is turned off. I've owned it for a long time and I don't have access to any parts replacement because when I ordered it internationally, it was before Covid, now the company itself I ordered from has closed..
