Sooo it seems the leupold manual is somewhat vague but heres the deal. The zero lock will not let the turret move past zero. . You have to take the cap off rotate it 180 degrees and put it back on. i got a vx6 3-18 44mm this year 2 turn zero lock and tmoa reticle . havent tested dials but have spent last 2 weekends on load development. it does track well on small adjustments so far. the reduced eye fatigue i have had compared to my vx3 and vxIII models is huge much cleaner looking glass. mine does have 38moa travel before hitting the stop. if wanted more travel dont get the zero stop option.
