Now the brakes are totally locked up. The tractor won't move. The the early ones, 1st reverse is the same speed as 3rd forward, 2nd reverse is like 5th and 3rd reverse is like 7th. So, 3rd reverse is 12mph. Remove the screw, install a plastic line on the fitting and start the tractor. Turn the steering wheel to the RH stop position and open the fitting slowly. Let oil bleed out the line until no bubbles are present then tighten the fitting. Be careful as the steering wheel may jump after the bubbles are gone. You need a 9/16 deep socket on a 12-18 inch extention, taped/welded on so you don't loose in the rear end. And the procedure should be in your manual.
